Bad Service and Wrong Cold Food |

I did go with my coworker to Lumberjack, he told me that their Food is superior. We finally did go in and we did seat on a Table after waiting for 10 minutes the waitress did finally decide to bring us the Menu and ask what we want to drink. She came back with the Drinks another 10 minutes later after i thought she did got lost somewhere on here way to the bar or so. She asked in a very rude manner what we would like to eat. I ordered a French Onion Soup and then i would liked to have a Burger with no Lettuce or Tomatoes. So after waiting another 5 min we got our Soup and wow if I wanted cold soup I had brought a Can of Soup with me, so I asked to please get a Hot Soup and not to be warmed up in the Microwave, she snapped at me and said they would not do that. So she brought the same ( and yes it was not a new Soup) back to me just a little warmer then before. Though well i was hungry like a Lumberjack so i ate that one, she brought me the burger and again lettuce on there as well tomatoes. That was enough for me I asked for the manager and told him that i would not like to have that food anymore since that was the final for me. COLD SOUP, WRONG CONDIMENTS, BAD SERVICE, All in all though they did not even apologize and made me pay for everything . I defiantly will not recommend this Restaurant to anyone at all I rather advise them to stay away from there. You get a better and friendlier service at a Fast Food Restaurant
