I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant ever.
We were in a group of 4, our waitresses were rude and very slow. One admitted that the sushi was premade but we decided to stick around anyways. Disappointed that there is STILL no liquor license, which is why we have avoided coming here in the past. We like to have wine or beer with our sushi.
When we got our sushi, the portions were incredibly small and very thin. Our rolls would fall apart when we'd try to pick them up with our chopsticks, so we resorted to eating with our hands which apparently our servers didn't appreciate from the dirty looks we got.
Extremely expensive for low quality food. The only reason we went there was because Sushi Ya was closed.
Our tip reflected the poor service and food, apparently that upset a girl that wasn't even our server as she ran after us outside yelling that we didn't leave a good enough tip. Here's your tip - don't expect us to tip 10-15% when you're too busy talking to other staff to serve your customers and serve bad food.
This is real, and unfortunately, I am playing nice.

I have had a minimal share of dining experiences in Sushi restaurants in London, i won't name names but the food is almost always good-great, but the service is a bit iffy.
The service was great that night and i have come back numerous times, well done...!

*VERY overpriced. Get it at WokBox instead for $10 and you get 2-3 times more beef, and a nice chunk of steamed rice too.
