Maher's love of the profession took him to Ireland , where he earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Dublin.He also earned degrees in Italian, French and German cuisine.
Al Baba was established on a very basic principle - "every customer is special".Every dish would be prepared with the spirit needed to appease the eye. For Maher , his visitors were not customers ; they were family.
